Product details

This is De Spekker, a casual lace shoe for men in taupe with a sturdy rubber sole. The upper is crafted from oiled suede sourced from a specialised Italian tannery in Santa Croce sull’Arno. The shoe is finished with brown leather piping that runs from derby to derby along the entire instep. At the heel, a small brown label made of vegetable-tanned calf leather is applied, featuring the Floris van Bommel logo in the shape of the letter “F”. The calf leather lining is finished with a stitched-on textile label featuring the vintage “Gluing & Suing design”. For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.
