Product details

This casual men's boot has a flexible rubber sole and a stacked leather heel. A distinctive detail is the welt, which is made from the same material as the upper. The boot is lined with premium beige calf leather. The footbed is not removable, but the shoe is finished with a comfortable layer of foam underneath the entire foot. The boot is crafted from a slightly heavier brown suede, sourced from a specialised Tuscan tannery in Santa Croce sull’Arno. For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.

The art of controlled carelessness and taking something very seriously, but then acting as if it’s no big deal. I hope this is a decent explanation. As I'm saying this, I can already picture an Italian with that typical hand gesture, pinching fingers and thumb together, waving his hand up and down in a delightfully passive-aggressive manner. Anyway, whether you choose this boot or not, I sincerely wish you a little sprezzatura in life.”
