Katja is always intimately involved in the design process. She'll point us in the right direction in terms of style, and has an outspoken opinion on colours, materials and detailing. Even right before presenting the winter 2021 collection she wanted to add extra metal studs to the toe cap of a black croco boot. We moved heaven and earth to get that done. And guess what? Katja has a keen eye. Our dealers, coming in to purchase the shoes, absolutely loved the studded boot.

For the photo shoots, we had planned that Katja would join on the shoots we do abroad every 6 months. Unfortunately, covid forced us to change our plans. After a shoot in the Dutch countryside and in the Meise gardens near Brussels, we hope that next time, we can go somewhere exotic and create some campaign fireworks for our summer 2022 collection..."
