Van Bommel men's shoes have been made for centuries. We have been producing men's shoes since 1718. For some time now, part of the Van Bommel men's shoe collection has also been available in the official Floris van Bommel® webshop. The shoes feature timeless, classic designs and are made to a high standard of quality.

The history of Van Bommel

Today, brothers Reynier, Pepijn and Floris van Bommel are the ninth generation of shoemakers to lead the Van Bommel family business. A large part of the production still takes place at our shoe factory in Moergestel, the Netherlands. We exclusively use high-quality types of leather. Making a pair of shoes involves many different steps, with much of the work still carried out by hand. Together, our craftspeople represent centuries of experience and expertise. This traditional production process has been passed down from father to son for generations. In 1952, Van Bommel was granted the title of Purveyor to the Royal Household.
