What is my size?

For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.

Product details

These are Floris' favourite winter shoes! This winter boot is completely lined with lambskin. Even the insole is finished with an insulating layer of lambskin. Lambskin doesn't necessarily make the boot warmer, but it does regulate temperature and moisture. In cold weather, it provides extra insulation for the feet, at room temperature it keeps the feet at body temperature and regulates the moisture balance better than a regular shoe. The outsole is made of rubber and the insole is made of leather. The dark cognac-coloured upper is tamponed cowhide that has been washed after tanning for a more casual look.

"This boot is mostly part of the collection because it is one of my personal favourites. Had it been up to our marketing people, this boot would’ve been taken out of the collection a long time ago. But I’ve worn these for the past three winters and I’m planning to do so again for the coming winter… So, it is basically a sort of private project of mine. This is without a doubt my favourite casual boot from the collection. Equipped with a rubber sole, a comfortable full last and a complete fur liner, this is the ultimate winter boot for me. Last winter, this boot was made of lightly washed buffalo leather that came from Central Italy and for this winter, the boot comes in a beautifully transparent, tamponed cowhide leather from a North Italian tanner."
