“One of the best things about my line of work is that when it's finished, I get to see it again on the street, on people's feet. If you work in administration somewhere, it can be a very satisfying job, but you’ll probably never see that spreadsheet of yours in front of you at the supermarket checkout. I always feel a bit of fatherly pride when a pair of shoes turns out all right. Not that it really matters, of course, but this shoe is meant to be a basic that you can combine with a wide range of outfits. For this shoe, I imagine an intelligent man browsing the internet for a new pair of shoes who likes to read through the short texts on the website. Hahaha... perhaps I should start writing horoscopes. But seriously, this shoe is really meant to be a neat basic. It has a very supple rubber sole, a good fit, a nice dark blue detail on the sole that is not too overpowering – and all of this is made of high quality material. If you decide to buy them and you’ll hear someone behind you in the supermarket checkout whispering in a soft, yet content voice “hi guys”, you’ll know who it is…”
