“One of my personal favourites! We developed this leather ourselves. On the leather hide, you see loads of little lines running in the same direction. The hide is also very large, so you’ll quickly think: 'this is unusable' and 'what’s the zebra doing here’? BUT this little shoemaker here has been around for a while.... A material like that works really well on a sporty shoe. A shoe consists of quite a few different parts, so the stripes will all run in different directions to create a really nice lively whole. What you cannot see so well in the picture is the quality of the nubuck leather. This is really top stuff from one of the best nubuck tanneries in Santa Croce Sull'Arno. Super soft and supple and with a very subtle buffed effect. This is premium work! Please do use an weather-proofing spray before you put them on though!”
