What is my size?

For men’s shoes, Floris van Bommel uses the English (UK) shoe size system in whole and half sizes (5 to 13½). This allows for a very accurate fitting range. The two tables below show how the UK sizes relate to EU sizes and centimetres. In the video, we show you how to measure your feet correctly.

Product details

This lace shoe is made of elegant dark brown calf leather. The leather is polished by hand, adding a rich and luxurious look. The leather footbed is not completely attached. It can easily be removed. A lace shoe that you can wear with a wide range of outfits. A comfy model thanks to the rubber outsole.

"In the canon of classic shoe styles, this derby boot nicely complements the slightly more formal ‘double monk’, ‘richelieu’, ‘full brogue’ and ‘low derby’. For this model, we executed this classic following the golden standard. No creative excesses, but with respect for the rich shoe history of the Western world. All we added was a little blue tag on the heel. With simple models like this, every detail is important. Take the lace holes for example. With this boot, you can go from 2 holes on each side to as much as 6 holes. With 2, it looks very dandy, with 6 it gets a less chique look. We went with 3 holes placed fairly high up for this boot. That gives it a sleek and stylish appeal. After lacing it up you’ll see 2 laced holes halfway up the derby flap, which makes this shoe very balanced when worn."
